Halloween is a fun time of the year. This is the time when everyone gets to pretend they are something other than themselves and have fun. But many habitancy have to spend their money on costly clothing to get the best costume or the scariest. 1. Hershey's Kiss- This doesn't wish much. Just some Duct Tape, Tinfoil and Wire coat hangers and toilet paper. You naturally bend the coat hangers into a circle, and have pieces of duct tape and form straps. You want them to be the same length. You want to use the tape to make a cone shape. So you want to be literal, with this. Then repeat the process and make a bigger cone for the lowest half. Now is the part for the tinfoil. Cover it all with the tinfoil and it will make the cone more durable. Cut arm holes and write "Hershey's Kiss" on the toilet paper and attach it to your head.

2. Clark Kent- You don't have to do much with this costume but it will wish you to either buy a super man t-shirt or draw a superman fastener on a white shirt. The outfit is self explanatory and you can get some nice pair of old fashioned glasses rather cheap. A cheap suit and glasses are what make the Clark Kent look. When you have the costume put together, you will be able to see how many habitancy can guess who you are. That is the hard part for everyone with this costume.
3. Bag of Jelly Beans- A modest outfit that doesn't wish much. A garbage bag and a bunch of multi-colored balloons and you are set to start. Tape up the bag colse to your head to that the bag won't fall off you and cut two small holes for your legs at the bottom. Next you get those balloons blown up and get them in that bag. You need to make sure that the bag is clear so that habitancy can see the balloons that rehearse the jelly beans. When you have it all together, you can have fun having habitancy guess from gum ball to skittles, to Mm's.
With any costume that you choose to do it yourself, you need to have fun with it. Halloween is a time for fun and if you are not having fun, you need to stop what you are doing. Creating a costume out of scratch is fun to do if you have the time to do the work. With the many distinct costumes that you can choose from, you need to keep it to your personality.
